Phoenix Rising Food Donations

Phoenix Rising Food Donations  Franconia UMC packs and delivers about 170 bagged meals the 4th Friday of the month to help those with food insecurity have a source of sustenance over the weekend.  Since we pack two meals’ worth of food items per person, we need a lot of food to make this ministry happen.  If you would like to support with donations, please sign up here. You may deliver items to Cokesbury Hall under the long table nearest the kitchen.  If you would…

Silver Connections Movie Night Starring Star Wars

Save the date Friday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m. for the next senior adult movie night. We are meeting in Cokesbury Hall to watch Star Wars. The 3-B group will provide popcorn and drinks and you can contact the church office if you need transportation or accommodations.

Youth Lock In

The youth will be having a lock-in here at the church on Friday, August 18th! What’s a lock-in, some of you may be asking? It’s an overnight event at the church- we are “locked in” for the night; we play games, watch movies, play more games, eat LOTS of junk food/sugary deliciousness… ALL NIGHT LONG. The next Conversations on Race and Faith will be August 13, 2023 at 1:00PM on Zoom.  This month we will look at an outsider’s view of race and faith in America.
