It’s that time of year again! As the congregation prepares for the Virginia Annual Conference, our church is once again participating in the Kits for Conference initiative to help communities affected by disaster. This year, we are again focusing our efforts on supporting women and girls by collecting items to assemble 50 menstrual (“period pack”) bags. We need all sorts of things, from hand sanitizer, to flushable wipes, to menstrual products.
