Healthy Church Team Masking Status Update
On Sunday, April 2nd, Franconia United Methodist Church (FUMC) began a mask optional status for worship services. Areas within the sanctuary are designated to accommodate those who prefer to wear a mask and to sit in an area where others directly around them would also be masked (as denoted by “mask required” signage). Congregants are welcome to sit in any non-reserved section; however, they will need to remain masked in “mask required” pews to protect those who may be vulnerable. We ask that ushers, the media tech team, and the choir continue to mask at this time. Small groups will continue to operate using the policy that if anyone in the group would prefer others to be masked, the group will continue to mask during gatherings.
