Our preschool is hosting a book fair fundraiser in our Stage Room from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thurs., Dec. 5 – books make lifelong gifts – come and see what the Usborne Pubishers have for those on your gift lists.

Julee An, Classical Pianist in Concert

Advertising Flyer in PDF format Performing Beethoven’s Pathetique Sonata, Scriabin’s Sonata Fantasy, and works byRachmaninoff, Bach, Scarlatti, Granados, and Albeniz. Regarded as an artist of great depth and virtuosity, pianist Julee An has appeared as a soloist in numerous prestigious venues, including the Grand Hall in St. Petersburg, Russia, with the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra. This concert is free but will include an opportunity for a free-will offering.

Parents’ Night Out (Youth Fundraiser)

Register for this event, and then drop the kids off (infants through 6th grade) for a time of fun – movies, food, activities. Proceeds benefit the Youth 2020 summer mission trip. Contact Jared Lorraine or sign up in Cokesbury Hall and pick up your registration packet. Space is limited!

Rise Against Hunger Meal Packaging Event

What’s Rise Against Hunger? Watch the video and volunteer to help us on October 6! Celebrate World Communion Sunday (one service, 10:00 a.m.) and join us for a light lunch in the stage room immediately following worship and at 12:30 p.m. gather in Cokesbury Hall to weigh, measure and create meal packs that will help fight world hunger with the Rise Against Hunger meal packaging program. All ages are welcome! FUMC plans to package 20,000 meals in about two hours.…
