Join us this July 6-10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for our Rainforest VBS where kids, age 4 (who are potty-trained) through rising grade 5, will be guided through the mist into Rainforest Falls. Beneath a canopy of birds and monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.
Each day we will begin our time in opening where we will sing songs and experience the daily story. The children will then move with their groups through the stations for snack, games, science, crafts and our new station, sticky scriptures, where they will learn the daily scripture in a fun way.
We will have our VBS Sunday where children get to share some of the things they learned and liked about the week and their favorite songs. This will be on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. It will be followed by an ice cream social.
What should you wear? The kids will be involved with games, crafts and science experiments. They should wear comfortable clothes that you are not worried about messing up and shoes they can run in.
Who are we helping? Each year we have a mission project as part of our VBS. This year we will be raising funds to send with the mission team that is heading to help at Kentucky’s Red Bird Mission.
Rising sixth graders, we have not forgotten about you. You are now old enough to be a helper with our crews and at the stations.

Volunteers are needed for our Rainforest VBS. We are hoping to make this year’s VBS from July 6-10, 2026 our most successful one yet. The actual VBS will be from 9 – 12:30, but we will need volunteers from 8:30 – 1:00 p.m.
This is your chance to truly make a difference in the life of a child. We are in need of station leaders for games, crafts, and Sticky Scriptures, where the children will have fun activities to help them remember the daily Bible verse. We will also need crew leaders and assistant crew leaders to shepherd the children through the stations.
