If you have already signed up to help with A Night in Bethlehem, then you can pick up your costume this Sunday, November 13, after each of the church services. Susan Ruge-Hudson will be in the upstairs hallway on the third floor of Cokesbury after the 9:00 a.m. service and Joana Arthur will be there after the 11:00 a.m. service. You can also pick up your costumes after the church services on November 20.
Also, at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, Susan will be meeting with all the Shopkeepers to go through the shop storage bins and make a list of any needed supplies. This meeting should last 30 minutes at most. If you can’t make it Sunday at 5:30 p.m., just email Susan (moc.liamg@eguRLnasuS)
