The Hermitage of Northern Virginia is a United Methodist-sponsored retirement home. It is important to spend time with
the elderly in our community. Opportunities are available for all ages to sing, sit and visit or play bingo with residents
at The Hermitage. It is a great family activity!
Visiting with the
Homebound We know the art of conversation is NOT lost despite the proliferation of personal computers and Ipods.
At any given time we have a few members who are homebound and miss casual conversation with friends. Please consider
helping in this regard. Contact Bruce Bartolain, our Membership Care and Nurture Ministry Chairman, if you are able to occasionally visit those who are home, by no choice
of their own.

permit. If you or any member of the Franconia family needs help with tasks around the home - OR - if you can help perform
"handyperson" type tasks, please contact Tom Hostetter or place a note in the Men's mailbox outside of the small
